This old Périgord farm, whose main building has been completely restored keeping the country style, combines charm, comfort and authenticity (completion of work in 2009). Stone house outside and inside, spacious 110m², with upstairs 2 bedrooms (140 bed and storage in each), 2 bathrooms (with sink, shower and storage shelves), an independent WC. On the ground floor, spacious fitted kitchen, large room with a sitting area (with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs) and a living room. Heating: Wood stove and additional electric radiators.
Peace and tranquility guaranteed without being too isolated (1st houses at around 200 m).
Located on a plateau, it is surrounded by meadows in which we sometimes see deer or deer; it is also the starting point for several hiking trails.
Bikes are available in the cottage to roam the surrounding roads and paths (mountain biking women, men and children).
You can also enjoy the scenery by relaxing in the sunbathing in front of the house or playing ping pong.
Horse riding possible: equestrian centers 12 km (Rouffignac or Campagne).
It is ideally placed to visit the Périgord Noir:
-The EYZIES (8km): capital of prehistory, museum, caves, canoeing on the Vézère, walks.
-The BUGUE (15km): Périgord market every Tuesday morning, aquarium, "village of yesteryear".
-SARLAT (27 km): gastronomic capital of the Périgord Noir (porcini mushrooms, truffles, foie gras ...) steeped in history. Theater festival in July / August.
-MONTIGNAC (25 km): famous Lascaux cave.
- Dordogne Valley: from BEYNAC (31km) to DOMME (41km): barge rides, canoes, castles, panoramic viewpoints, hikes, balloon rides.
-Vézère valley (from EYZIES to MONTIGNAC) and Beune valley (10 km)
