Spend a relaxing vacation at this spacious and comfortable waterfront home overlooking beautiful Prinyers Cove. Approximately 20 minutes east of Picton the area offers a quiet, scenic base from which to explore PEC.
Nearby you'll find Fifth Town Artisan Cheese Company, as well as several wineries. Take some time to visit the natural wonder of Lake-on-the-Mountain and marvel at the spectacular views of the Glenora Ferry crossing the bay below. And what vacation would be complete without a trip to the Sandbanks Provincial Park; a beach pass is included with your rental.
The Cottage
The cottage comprises three bedrooms and 11/2 baths. A large living and dining room offers ample room for relaxing with family and friends while in the kitchen you will find everything you need for preparing meals.
From the living room you walk out to the large deck where you can relax and enjoy one of the many excellent County wines while enjoying the view of the Cove. The deck also has a BBQ and outdoor dining set for cooking and eating al fresco on those hot summer nights.
At the waterfront you will find a large dock with swimming ladder where you can enjoy sunning and swimming. The dock is suitable for mooring smaller boats; there is a municipal boat launch close by for larger craft.
At the day's end , enjoy roasting marshmallows around the campfire where the only sound you will hear is the lapping of the waves.
