You will have access to the entire property. It is a semi-detached chalet so only 1 wall is shared. Each side has it's own hot tub and it's own bbq and it's own sauna etc. So no worry about sharing space.
You can message us any time as we live only 4 minutes away from the chalet and are always happy to help. We even offer a side concierge service if you'd like to add an extra touch to your stay whether it is help with event planning and set up or a stocked fridge before you arrive!

- Noise levels must be kept at a respectable level as there is a strict no noise bylaws in place by the town of Blue Mountain
- Guests must fill out a renter's agreement prior to staying with us, agreeing to all rules
- Guests can only park 5 vehicles in the driveway and there is no additional street parking
- Hot Tub use is prohibited after 11:00PM
