All homes have been thoughtfully designed with ample parking and privacy out back, and each home features upgraded soundproofing between each cottage within the triplex. There's no shortage of endless year-round activities located nearby, from winter days on the slopes to summer days enjoying the Georgian Bay shoreline from Northwinds Beach. Blue Mountain Village is just minutes away and the small town of Collingwood offers a charmer selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, and other amenities just over six miles away.
All three homes feature a seven-bedroom floor plan, with matching amenity offerings including a cozy living room fireplace and a private backyard hot tub. Home chefs will adore the gourmet kitchens and each home includes its own gas grill for alfresco dining. Free WiFi and central air-conditioning are equipped throughout the property, and each home features its own washer/dryer for added convenience. Cottage 2 and Cottage 3 have heated flooring, Westin 'Heavenly Bed' mattresses, and blackout curtains in every bedroom to ensure privacy and comfort.
