This cottage has been thoughtfully designed to provide ample parking and privacy out back, as well as upgraded soundproofing between each cottage within the triplex. This unit, closest to the ravine, is unique as it has been around for many decades and yet has been given a second life thanks to a full interior and exterior upgrade - enabling you to have a heartwarming and memorable experience here at Blue Mountain.
Located within walking distance of the chairlifts at Blue Mountain Resorts and the Blue Mountain Village, you are conveniently close to great dining options and endless entertainment opportunities. During the summer months, Northwinds public beach on Georgian Bay is around two miles away. The small town of Collingwood is a little more than six miles away, where you can find anything from restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores.
Start your day with a cup of coffee and a soothing soak in the hot tub with a tree-lined view from your sprawling, private deck with plenty of built-in seating. Inside, you'll find abundant natural light, soaring ceilings, modern mountain decor, and an open floor plan that encourages togetherness.
