Located hillside on a beautiful 4 season vacation spot with mountain views, ski in/ski out property, centrally located between the quaint town of Collingwood and the Village at the base of Blue Mountain. Minutes from Georgian Bay, only a 90 minute drive from the city of Toronto and Pearson International Airport and less than 1/2KM to the central base of Blue Mountain. Over 1100 square feet of living space on three floors that can comfortably sleep 6 to 7 people. Professionally decorated open concept living/dining/kitchen on the main floor with 52 inch flat screen television, DVD and access to Netflix. Living room with vaulted ceiling and stone two story gas fireplace. Fully equipped white kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and bar stools to accommodate three. High end materials were used to create a luxurious feeling as you enter the unit onto travertine marble rustic floors, wood flooring throughout, hardwood stairs with white risers to the 2nd and 3rd floor and travertine is carried through into the bathrooms. The master bath is lined with marble walls and glass from wall to wall. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need and the appliances include a stainless steel dishwasher, stove, over the stove microwave and fridge. The kitchen contains a Keurig with complementary Tim's coffee. The dining room table seats six but can be lengthened to accommodate ten.
