The basement apartment has its own separate entrance at the rear of the main house. It has its own screened in porch sitting area, complete with fire table allowing you to enjoy the quiet evenings outside even as the nights get cooler. The apartment is a perfect spot to rest before your next days adventures.
The Blue Dream is located "at the top of the mountain" just15 min from the historical town of Collingwood. This sweet and lively town with new and fresh culinary tastes and sits on the edge of Georgian Bay and the Wasaga Beaches. You can find many opportunities for boating, fishing, swimming or simply relaxing by the beautiful clear waters of Lake Huron. The Blue Mountains is known as a 4 season attraction which offering exceptional activities all year round.
The property also hosts an indoor pool and hot tub building which can be rented separately. (Indoor Pool and Hot Tub are closed between Oct 31st and April 1st)
Winter Highlights
We are located minutes away from The Blue Mountains ski resort where the slopes are open for skiing and snowboarding from Nov 15 to March 15. Osler Bluffs and Beaver Valley have slopes located in close proximity. Whether you’re a black-diamond veteran or a first timer, there’s a perfect run for you. If downhill skiing is not your thing, there are many mountain biking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing trails nearby.

Fall Season
Experience the best of Grey County and the Blue Mountains, with quieter roads and fewer crowds. The Georgian Bay waters stay warm, the trails are bug free, and the apples are ready for harvest.
You can pull on a warm sweater and paddle the Beaver River in peace along banks lined with changing leaves. Explore the iconic blue skies and white gravel backroads, stopping at scenic lookouts to see the amazing rolling hills of intensely colourful maple leaves. There are many waterfalls spotted through out the region and along the way you can visit the local wineries or cider houses to enjoy a tasting on the patio, and then unwind at the Scandinavian Spa.
