Many of the units actually have a view of the Disney parks. I stayed in a 2 BR unit that overlooked EPCOTT and I saw the nightly fireworks quite well.
Now at check-in, they always ask for a $150 security deposit but it is refundable unless you go crazy and damage their unit.
