Wifi and smart tvs. Full kitchen with dishes, linens, towels, full washer and dryer . Home is in a gate community and has access to club house on lake. Lake can be fished in or skiing allowed. Loading dock for boat. Or you can fish off of dock. 24 hour gate guard. Walmart super center only 2 miles away. Pool and spa to be heated is $30 per day extra. If you bring a boat to go fishing, the boat and trailer must stay at parking lot at club house.
