Welcome to our beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-family pool home, just 1 mile from the Siesta Key North Bridge and only 3-4 miles from the famous Siesta Key Public Beach.
Conveniently located near shopping and dining, this home offers the perfect combination of relaxation and convenience for your getaway.
This spacious 1,826 sq. ft. home features a fabulous open floor plan, ideal for families and groups.
The master suite offers not only a comfortable king-size bed but also a cozy sitting room with two beautiful swiveling chairs and a wine cooler—perfect for enjoying some quiet, private time.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third offers a full-size bed.
We also provide a queen air bed for extra guests, so the home can comfortably sleep 6-8 people.
For your comfort, all bedrooms are equipped with hypoallergenic bedding (no feathers!).
Enjoy 3 flat-screen TVs throughout the home, including a 65-inch TV in the living room, perfect for movie nights.
The bathrooms have been newly remodeled, and the backyard is fully fenced, offering privacy for your outdoor BBQs on the charcoal grill.
