The eat in kitchen with beautiful hardwood cabinets and granite countertops overlooks the living space as well as boasts views of the pool and the water. The large master suite is spacious and well appointed with a master bathroom that is completely finished in marble with a jacuzzi tub and multi-spray head shower surround. In addition, there is a bonus game room and bar area off of the pool on first level. Stepping out back you will enter a lush, tropical paradise including a mini marina (2 boat slips will available for your use) and swimming pool. Sit pool side or canal side and enjoy the amazing view and beautiful landscaping. Have fun with the kayaks and corn hole board there for your use.
