Guesthouse is thoughtfully designed for comfort and easy, this peaceful retreat offers central air conditioning/ heating, one car garage spot in the large garage. Inside you will find a bright clean open layout with big windows, fully stocked kitchen, softened water, brand new comfortable furniture, full bathroom with tub, king size bed with 100% cotton linens, walk in closet with washer/dryer, 2 smart tvs with YouTube tv service, fast WiFi internet, covered front porch with electric/pellets smoker. Important things to note: We have outdoor Ring cameras in our property. One at the entrance of our driveway, one in the middle of the driveway with full view of the OUTSIDE of guesthouse and rest of the long driveway, one on the front door of our main house.
