It comes with all the best, fully stocked kitchen including crock pot, Keurig, Fiestaware dishes, all new pots, and pans and cooking utensils. We supply tin foil, zip loc bags, salt pepper, pam cooking spray, etc. You can come in from Thanksgiving through Christmas and have everything you would need.

The screened-in porch and huge backyard provide additional private relaxing space to hear the songbirds, enjoy your coffee, wine or wild life. Comfort and modern luxury near the Hilton Head and Bluffton and nearby conveniences invite you to our quiet and relaxing fully furnished home.
This location is 10 minutes to I-95, 20 minutes to Beaufort, 15 min to downtown Bluffton, and 30 min. to Savannah downtown historic. The Savannah Airport is 25 minutes or less.
There is a charge for guests to use all the amenities it comes out to about $165 per person per month for a 3 month time period. If you rented longer, like a year it would only be $83 a month for a couple. I would be happy to get a golf cart for you if you need one and rent it at a small fee.
