The outdoor kitchen is under the Tiki Hut, complete with a Yoder Pellet Smoker/Grill and The large Kamado Joe Grill, with a handcrafted 10' Cypress table for you and your family to share meals. The Florida Room (Back patio area) is covered and equipped with a 52" Outdoor TV with beautiful outdoor dining and lounging furniture. Outdoor surround sound system in the Florida Room and pool deck powered by SIRRIUS/XM. Crank it up or keep it low, it's up to you! The home has a gorgeous view of Pelican Island, famous for some of the best bird watching in Florida, several South American Migratory birds nest on the island and raise their young before heading south. Paddle boards are available for guests to enjoy and is the best way to see the wildlife above the water and below! And when we say below, we mean manatees, sea turtles, porpoises, dolphins, rays, and even lemon sharks.
