Beautifully set on a 2.6 acre organic blackberry farm, yet right next door to Folsom, near Sacramento and a short drive to Tahoe. Family friendly environment and suitable for large groups with plenty of parking. Our home is redesigned with many green building features including clean air making clay walls, greywater system, drought tolerant landscaping and new efficient cooling and heating system.
