Step inside to a bright, welcoming main floor featuring a cozy family room with an HD Smart TV and Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient half-bathroom. A laundry room with a washer and dryer ensures you can pack light and stay comfortable. Outside, the fully fenced private backyard is perfect for summer evenings—fire up the gas BBQ, enjoy a meal on the outdoor patio, or gather around the fire pit for marshmallow roasting and storytelling under the stars.
On the second floor, a spacious game room and lounge area await, complete with an air hockey table, books, and board games for hours of entertainment. Step out onto the upper deck and enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks, conveniently stored in the mini bar fridge. This floor also features one comfortable bedroom, a full bathroom, and an additional half bath.
The third floor is designed for relaxation, offering three beautifully furnished bedrooms with plush, dream-worthy beds and spacious closets. You'll also find two full bathrooms and two private balconies, perfect for stargazing or sipping coffee as the sun rises over the lake. Guests will have full access to the home, except for one locked basement storage room. The cottage is family-friendly, but please note that stairs and balconies are not childproofed. We provide bed linens, kitchen towels, hand towels, bathmats, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and tissue boxes. However, please remember to bring your own bath and beach towels, along with any personal toiletries.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that guests remove shoes indoors, respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 7 AM, and adhere to our no pets, no smoking, and no fireworks policy. The fire pit must be used responsibly and supervised at all times. To comply with local regulations, all guests must be registered, and extra guests will incur an additional charge. We have a Ring doorbell camera at the entrance, which is used only to welcome guests and is not actively recording during your stay.
