Summary: Great location, room was ok. Staff was awful. Very rude and not helpful. I was actually checked into a room with a guest already in the room. Very awkward especially that she Che led in right before me. Valet took forever. Probably not his fault but when I asked front desk staff was crazy rude. I have actually never had a worse experience with staff ever.
