Summary: My husband and I wanted to get away for an Anniversary trip in the Mountains. Lauren our hostess got in touch with us the morning of our check in making sure we had the correct codes to access the house. It had snowed that morning and more was on the way. She was able to send a crew out to clear the driveway and to lay down some solution to clear the ice/snow from the stairs and driveway. We really appreciated this because if not for that it is doubtful if we would have been able to make it up the steep driveway. Upon arrival the house is AH-MAZ-ING. Almost better than the pictures show. It smelled like home, and was spotlessly clean. The house itself looks like it is brand new. Each room is thoughtfully laid out with high end touches. From the bathrooms, to the bedrooms to the gathering spaces it is cozy, comfortable, clean, high end and new looking. The layout of the house is also exceptional. The living area flows so nicely with the kitchen that everyone feels really connected. The master bedroom is perfectly situated with double doors leading to the front patio. Bay windows facing spectacular mountain views. The en suite bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub which was very relaxing. Just across from the Master bedroom is a walkway leading out the back porch to the private Jacuzzi in the backyard. We spent every day of our stay in the Jacuzzi. I have stayed at many VRBO rentals over the years. Our family rents usually 2-4 times per year. This place by far is one of if not the best listing we have rented. If you are looking for a rental in the Prescott area, maybe on the fence between this location and another I would urge you to book this listing. You will not be disappointed. It really is a gem of a place, on point with the listing details, with great hospitality to boot. If we are in need in the future to stay in Prescott this listing will be at the top of my list to re-book.
