This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom pool home comfortably sleeps 10 and is an excellent location for a Florida Vacation! The single-family home is located in Bradenton and is situated in a community called "Sabal Harbor". The location is perfect for travelers who are looking to not only travel to the wonderful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast but also a close drive to Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and I-75. The property is conveniently located close to Publix, Starbucks, WAWA, and several restaurants in the area!
A Wave From It All is a very spacious home with plenty of room for entertaining and has a refreshing ocean vibe throughout the whole house. The living room offers a large sectional sofa along with a Smart TV mounted on the wall, perfect for watching your favorite TV shows or sporting events or just relaxing with your friends and family. The kitchen comes with all the appliances you would need to make any meal you miss from home and is fully equipped for your stay. Enjoy cooking on the grill? The pool deck is completely screened in and has plenty of seating to hang out on a beautiful Florida day. You also have access to a propane fire pit which offers the perfect place to enjoy at night. If you are interested in heating the pool that can be added for an additional charge!
