Beautiful house on the West Arm of Lake Nipissing. 80km of fabulous boating and fishing. Boat rental and launch near by. Prime snowmobiling area with access to OFSC trails. This property is literally on the water. A perfect place for family and friend to gather and enjoy all four seasons. Spend your days on the dock enjoying the all the fun the water brings. Move to the upper deck for an evening bbq overlooking the lake and then move into the screened in area of the upper deck. The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms on main level. The lower level has an open area with two double futons and a set of single bunk beds. Sleeps 10.

Summary: I booked this property at the last minute. Arrived on a Wednesday. Property was exactly as described. Beautiful spot. I can just imagine what it woukd be like in the summer. Snowmobile trails weren't very far away at all. Trails were decent for sure. I will come back here every year. Patti and Denis were always available if I had questions. Great hosts and we look forward to coming back.
