THE WELCOME
This is the perfect place for one who loves good food, history, art, and just having fun. La Bella Vita is located in the 3rd arrondissement or Upper or ‘Haut’ Marais. Even as far back as 2012, Travel and Leisure magazine called it “Paris’s Next Great Neighborhood: The Haut-Marais”. The apartment is on the fourth floor with elevator.
You will be greeted at the apartment upon arrival by our English-speaking representative, who will give you a tour of the apartment, explain how things work, point out items of interest in the neighborhood, answer your questions and lastly give you the keys to your apartment.
We are located on just minutes from Rue Bretagne, current center of the hustle and bustle where you will find some of the best, fresh Parisian products, multiple Cheese shops, Bakeries, Wine shops, restaurants, supermarkets, florists, butchers, and several delis of different varieties. On the weekends it is filled with people from all parts of Paris, locals and tourists alike.
THE LOCATION AND NEIGHBORHOOD
According to the Wall Street Journal our neighborhood is “Home to some of the French capital’s oldest mansions and newest boutiques, Paris’s Haut Marais district has a soaring public profile…”.
Le Bella Vita is just minutes away from the Marché des Enfants Rouges (the oldest continual covered market in Paris, dating back to 1612), the Centre Pompidou, the Picasso Museum, Musée de la Chasse et de la Nature, Musée Carnavalet, Musée Cognacq-Jay, Musée des Archives Nationales, Musée d’art et d’histoire de Judaisme, galleries, restaurants and shops. We have some of the best specialty shops in Paris: Jacques Genin and Jean-Paul Hévin both for fantastic chocolate, Pierre Hermé for those famous macarons, Ladurée for a bit of it all, just to name a few.
It’s an easy stroll to any of the museums mentioned above as well as Notre Dame de Paris, Place des Vosges, Ile St. Louis, Canal Saint Martin, Place de la République, and many more. The area is France’s largest historical district and home to a 700 year old Jewish quarter. The 17th century architecture is a magnificent backdrop to all that the neighborhood has to offer.
As with most places in Paris we are conveniently located to several brands of shared bikes.

THE APARTMENT
Le Bella Vita is a SPACIOUS 1-bedroom apartment (720 square feet or 67 square meters) in a traditional French building but with modern clean lines found only in luxury Italian design.
The apartment has WIFI, unlimited calling to more than 100 countries, and Cable with flat-screen TV (CNN, BBC, and many other international channels). There are books and magazines for you to explore.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso machine and all of the cooking equipment you’ll need. There’s also a combination washer/dryer.
The apartment has double-glazed windows facing north. This makes it a very bright apartment.
The living and dining area is very spacious. Dining will easily fit up to four. The comfortable sleeper-sofa provides space for two additional guests if needed.
The bedroom provides a queen-sized bed with reading lights, a built-in closets with lots of storage space. All in a peaceful white.
The bathroom has a walk-in stall shower with plenty of hot water. You will also find a hairdryer at your convenience.
