Create lasting memories relaxing in luxury in our gorgeous mountain town. Our property is located 12 minutes from downtown Flagstaff. Perfect home base for trips to Sedona (45 mins), Williams (20 mins.), 1.5 hours from the Grand Canyon, pleasant drive to Lake Powell/Antelope Canyon, and Flagstaff's own ski resort, Snowbowl, about 30 minutes away. 3 ENCLOSED garage spaces.
The backyard is completely fenced in. Patio furniture includes a table set, gas grill, fire pit, and two sitting areas. The Great room includes a gas fireplace and beautiful vaulted ceilings. The dining table comfortably sits eight people. Clean, bright and spacious kitchen with a breakfast table for six with view to the San Francisco Peaks. This house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), hunters, and friends.
The house does not have A/C. The weather in Flagstaff is so nice that ceiling fans would be sufficient. However, we have great quality, one of a kind, ceiling fans in each bedroom, and we have one extra portable tower fan for those few days when temperatures go up a little. You can always open the windows and enjoy the natural wind blowing. In addition, the hard wood floors and the ceramic tile create a fresh environment.
COVID-19 Health and Safety Precautions:
We assure you that we have a strict process of cleaning and sanitizing every furniture piece and door handle in the house. In addition, all bed sets and towels are sanitized after each use; as well as all electrical switches, remote controls and door handles. Each room is sprayed with Lysol and the ceiling fans were running for six hours. Disposable nitrile gloves are also used while cleaning and sanitizing the property to ensure the safety of those allergic to latex gloves.
