On the lower level is a large recreation room, three bedrooms,one bathroom, laundry room, and an office. Recreation room contains a foosball table, multi game arcade machine and toys for smaller kids. Large deck upstairs with plenty of seating and a great view of the lake. Private gated courtyard upstairs at the entryway with small lawn, oak trees and BBQ area. Private patio with lawn downstairs with access to personal pier. 2 boat hookups on private pier. Hot tub for 8 and large deck too! It's a great escape!
