Welcome to Luz Del Sol, our home in the sun! Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, single level townhouse. This is an end unit for extra privacy. Less than 500 steps (or just around the corner to drive) to the heated pool and spa, and community center with small workout room, tennis, pickle ball, horse shoes, shuffle board and a basketball net! Gorgeous mountain views from the front patio, kitchen, living room and bedroom. Patio offers comfortable seating, with umbrella for shade, a gas grill for cooking out, and gas firepit for the winter months.
Inside, plenty of room to spread out, comfortable, eclectic furnishing and decor (checkout the leather couch, can't you imagine that in some old west drawing room?), streaming TV service (TVs in living room and both bedrooms) and wireless WiFi. You will find the kitchen fully stocked with equipment including dinner ware, a coffee maker and blender, and cooking equipment (pots and pans, pizza pan, baking dishes). You will also find the pantry stocked with a limited supply of boxed staples and spices.
Bedroom #1 features a king sized bed, extra storage, and sliding doors to the Arizona room. En-suite bathroom with step in shower finish out the master suite. Bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed, with a big window facing those mountains. Additional sleeping space is in the office/library in the form of a twin sized futon, and we also supply a queen sized inflatable bed.
Relax and enjoy the views from inside or outside, or step out through the back gate and take a hike. You will have full access to the Community Center described above. No pets, please, for the new carpet in the bedrooms. We have 2 other homes in the area where we can welcome your pets.
