This beautiful, furnished desert townhome is the perfect getaway for a trip to Southern Arizona. Central air conditioning can be used during the desert’s hot weather and heating can be used when we have cold weather, making for a comfortable stay year round. The master bedroom has a king size bed and two closets. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and one closet. Both rooms are charming, clean, well lit, and tastefully simple. A two car garage is available for your use. A stackable washer and dryer make it easy to make this your home away from home, whether for a short stay or an extended stay. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. The living room has a comfortable, reclining couch, two sitting chairs and a Roku TV. It also has a large window where you can see the quaint patio area and front yard area. There is a private, walled patio area with patio chairs and an outside table and 4 chairs. A grill is also available for your use in the patio area.
A short walking trail/nature trail is at the north end of the 1 acre property. Both the nature trail and the patio areas are a great areas to watch for birds or to see desert plants. You may even catch a glimpse of native wildlife, such as coyotes and javalina, as they cut across the east end of the property (please do not try to feed or pet the wild animals!)
