We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Champs-sur-Marne, this charming apartment of a surface of 90 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 3rd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 35 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a shared garden of about 500 m². - A garden shared with the residence.

The apartment is ideally located in Champs-sur-Marne, in a very pleasant and quiet environment and very close to the Marne river. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Nearest airport: Roissy Charles de Gaulle at about 33 minutes by car.
