Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The host was wonderful, helpful, and friendly. The house is spacious and clean. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The fixtures and appliances are nice and new. Washer and dryer work well. The view of lake is nice and the towns nearby have enough services for an enjoyable stay.

Negative: The tubs (Specially the large jacuzzi tub in the master bath) are extremely slippery, there is no grip tape or texture in the bottom. Please be careful. There is a dark asphalt hump right before the concrete stairs going down into the residence that is dangerous, mostly because it is poorly lit in the evening and disappears. Maybe an automatic light in this area would help. The master bedroom door is very tight and it made it hard to go in and out without disturbing others. Parking can be challenging as the small parking area is sloped down towards the house and the area for turning around is tight and bordered by poles for the carport.

Summary: It's a nice place to stay if maybe a little high priced for the area and accommodations.
