North facing deck plus huge 11m x 7m outdoor room with second kitchen/dining/living . Built in gas barbecue and extra fridge/freezer. Ideal for groups. Spacious modern 4 bdm holiday home with 2 x bathrooms, high pressure showers with endless gas hot water. 4 x handbasins. Stone top modern kitchen. Heat pump, bedroom heaters, feather duvets and electric blankets for a cosy winter stay.

We are able to cater for larger crowds with plenty of room for boats, caravans and tents and no noise control. The owners also reside on the 30 acres but you are very private and have exclusive use of the beach. Suitable for events with plenty of room for your marquee. N/B If you want to use the property as a venue for an event with extra invited guests over the number booked to sleep, there is a $40pp per night charge and this must be discussed with the owner when the inquiry is made.
Quality track to the beach that will take any vehicle and does not require a 4WD. 5 minute walk down, 15 minutes back.
Deep, clear water swimming with commercial size jetty for up to 3 x boats. 5 mins by boat to Manupirua hot pools. Privacy and views over the lake and 100's of acres of tribal land. Modern construction with north facing living/ deck and huge covered outdoor room. Good local store, superette, cafes, restaurants and golf course. 15 mins to closest supermarket. 30 mins to Rotorua central and major tourist attractions. 30 minutes to the coast for the best of both worlds. 45 mins to Tauranga and Mount Maunganui.
Your DOG IS WELCOME if it has its own bedding. We have a pet fee of $25pn. Please discuss with the owner. All outdoor areas are very private from the rest of the farm. Gates to the beach are left open and live stock moved a distance away for ease of beach access.
