The dining table comfortably seats six, and the bar seats three more. The spacious kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need - Whirlpool appliances include dishwasher, range, refrigerator with ice and water in the door, and microwave. You'll also find can opener, toaster oven, blender, and coffee maker. There's even a wet bar across from the kitchen. Enjoy beautiful, unobstructed views of the gulf while you cook breakfast.
The family room features a queen sleeper sofa & flat screen HD Roku TV. Floor to ceiling windows also contain a sliding door so you can walk from the family room onto the balcony to enjoy the comfy patio furniture and the gulf breezes.
Master suite features a king bed with memory foam mattress, flat screen HD Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a large private bathroom. The master bedroom also has floor to ceiling windows with a sliding door opening onto the balcony. The second bedroom contains a king bed with TempurPedic mattress, flat screen HD TV, large closet, and an access door into the large hall bathroom. From the window in this bedroom there are great views of Pier Park and the entire area as far away as West Bay!
