ACCESS TO MOCOCA BEACH:
-The house is about 950 m walk from the beach using access from the pedestrian condominium to Praia da Mococa (ACCESS TO BEACH PEDESTRIAN IS NEXT TO THE GATE);
- OR GO to the condominium concierge (park the car inside the condominium !!!) and use the pedestrian access to the beach, walk about 150 m, arrived on the beach sand.
Townhouses located in the condominium Mar Verde, where you can live in full harmony with nature, surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, enjoying a condominium with great comfort, as concierge 24hs with camera security system, 24h circulating motorized guard, playground, lots of green area, trails and even a small river with waterfall.

* 2 balconies with barbecue, 1 grill, balcony, 1 sink, table and chairs.
* 2 PRIVATE POOLS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF HOUSE HOSTS, measuring 6.40m x 3.20m and average depth of 1.30m and 1 shower .
* Garage for 8 vacancies in front of the house.

* NOT ALLOWED BY CONDO, LOUD SOUND IN HOUSE. Subject to fine after 1 missed notice. The fine is deducted from the bond.
* WE DO NOT PROVIDE linens, table, bath, cleaning and hygiene products, beach chairs and parasol. For the stay bring (pillows, sheets, towels, etc).
* Consumption of water, electricity (up to 100kw per day) is included in the rent..
* WE HAVE PREFERENCE FOR FAMILY OR COUPLE GROUPS .
* It is compulsory 1 check deposit of R $ 2000.00 or cash deposit of (1000 reais) to get the keys of the house in Caragua, with Mr. Zeca, manages it for me there, (the bond serves as a guarantee for the house's belongings and as a guarantee for any loud sound penalty in the house, applied by the condominium, after 1 unanswered warning). ON EXIT HE GOES IN THE HOUSE AND RETURNS THE CAUTION. NO GUARANTEE IS NOT DELIVERED THE KEYS OF THE HOUSE.
