Your private guest cottage shares the grounds of the Walter Lee Smith House, a Tudor Revival farmhouse built in 1926 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Mature landscaping—including shady Chinese elms and a towering Aleppo pine in the front yard—creates a rare, park-like retreat in the heart of Phoenix.

The main Tudor farmhouse is rarely used, so you’ll have the privacy of your own 800 sq. ft. cottage plus the atmosphere of a century-old estate.
