One of the very few Stylish stays in Winter haven. Only 5 min to Legoland, 40 min from Busch Gardens, and 40 min from Disney. CENTRALLY LOCATED, 5 minutes from Wal-Mart and near (within 5-10 minutes) all major shopping stores. This newly renovated TRI-level lakefront home has a huge HEATED pool (heated for all guests at no extra cost), in home theater, and arcade with a PS5! Close to restaurants & shopping. Our attention to detail and style is unmatched. We love providing luxury accommodations for our guest. While we are a pet friendly home, a pet fee of $250 is required for all reservations including a pet. Rules for pets during stay are as follows:
Pets must be leashed on property.
Pick up after dog.
Dogs to stay off furniture and/or bed.
Don't leave animals unsupervised.
Pets must be housebroken.
Animals sometimes tend to bite and claw at things when they are in unfamiliar areas. Therefore, if a pet is to be left alone indoors, it must be crated no exceptions.

Summary: We needed a place to hang out while my husband had his flight training. House was a great space with smart tvs in all rooms. Loved watching the wildlife on the lake and relaxing at the pool. The theater room was great formovies at night!
