Please take note that there are some renovation in the 3rd floor of the building (you are located on the 5th), so there might be some occasional noises.
NOTE: The elevator will be out of service from January 2nd until January 23rd.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
