1 Bedroom Cottage in Pyes Pa, Tauranga
Secluded, off the main road, completely private, quiet and with a beautiful view over a rural valley and farmland, with plenty of quail, tui and wood pigeons' singing away! This cottage is an awesome spot to kick back and relax.
Our self-contained cottage is perfectly located, just a 10min drive to Tauriko Crossing & industrial area, 25mins to Mount Maunganui and 15mins to Tect Park. Local bush, lake and river walks plus Oropi mountain bike park are all only a short 10mins drive away.
The space
Lounge area has a comfortable three seater sofa plus two chairs, simple modern kitchen and small but functional bathroom with shower, toilet, basin, washing machine, iron and hairdryer. The bedroom has a king sized bed with electric blanket. There is a small storage room inside the cottage and additional beanbags for kicking back!
Guest access
The entire cottage is yours during your stay including the outdoor area. You have your own entrance and off road parking. There is an outdoor lockable shed next to the cottage for eg mountain bike storage. Our home property is 50 meters away accessed by a grass walking path, so we're close by if you need us, but you can't see our house from where you're staying.
Other things to note
Adjacent to the cottage is a small Reiki and crystal therapy room that is by appointment only. I arrange customer's so as not to disturb you during your stay. You are welcome to indulge in a relaxing Reiki session while you're with us or treat yourself to a crystal gift, simply contact me for further details. There is a locked glass door separating the two areas and a curtain for privacy.
Pets are negotiable, we have other animals such as sheep, so we just need to make sure it works. The section is not fully fenced & locking your pet inside all day unattended, isn't an option we're comfortable with. You are responsible for repairing any damage caused by your pet.
There is wifi available and cell phone coverage at the cottage.
