You have your own private entrance as well as a sweet sitting area in front of your entrance. The home features an upstairs loft with a comfortable Queen size bed, and downstairs has a mini couch, that turns into a twin size bed for your convenience .This property is ideal for adults 21 years of age or older. Unfortunately it is not kid friendly, nor pet friendly due to the size and also because of the ladder in the home. The ladder is sturdy and secure, yet very steep. The only access point up to the loft is to climb this ladder, so a lien waiver is required to be signed when this property is booked.
