My space is located less than 1 km from the beach and the city center.
Situated in a very quiet residential neighborhood, my home is spacious and cozy. It has a well-equipped kitchen integrated into the dining room, three bedrooms, two of them suites. One of the suites has independent entrance. The master suite has a double bed and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds with an auxiliary, all with ceiling fans. It also has mattresses and two extra fans. The balcony is very large, with a very functional barbecue and sink. Ideal space to relax and welcome friends. A spacious, pleasant yard with plants and driveway that accommodates up to four high-walled vehicles to ensure privacy and protection for children. Also ideal for animals that are always welcome. It has a secluded area behind the house with a tank and clothesline, and a room where are stored cleaning utensils, beach chairs and parasol.
The location is great for ensuring peace, but with bakeries, markets, restaurants and hospitals very close.
The city center is 1 km away, where there are shops, craft fairs, excellent pastries as well as restaurants and the famous fish market.
