Simple holiday home in a beautiful location in the area between the rivers Lot and Garonne, not far from Villeneuve sur Lot, Agen and Cahors: the Quercy Blanc. The area is green and features rolling hills and ancient villages with an abundance of culture and history.
On the edge of the village of Touffailles, against a hill, you will find this bright, 2-storey gite. Downstairs, you will find the bathroom and bedrooms; upstairs, there is a spacious and bright living room with an open plan kitchen and a large terrace. Via a path (20 m) and a narrow staircase, you can reach the large swimming pool, overlooking the valley. There is a large covered awning with a summer kitchen and plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy during the evening.
The English owner lives nearby, but will ensure your complete privacy and is available for all your questions.
During the summer months, each village has its own festivities and there are many night markets where you can enjoy the local delicacies while sitting at long tables. Have a good glass of Cahors wine with it, and enjoy everything that passes you by.
This is a good area for cycling, but you can also go canoeing or walking.
Baby equipment is available at the accommodation (on request). To name a few: high chair, baby bath, travel cot, pram and baby potty. All of which are certainly suitable for a stay with a small child.
