Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset cocktail, the canal views from both levels make every moment feel like vacation. Tucked among 6 acres of lush tropical landscaping, Coral Lagoon offers a resort-style pool and grounds, all while being just minutes from restaurants, shopping and attractions.
**** ONGOING DOCK REPAIR PROJECT: While there's a small grassy area behind the house, a temporary fence restricts access to the dock behind the home for your safety. We appreciate your understanding as they work to restore the dock to its full beauty. The rest of the property remains fully equipped for your comfort and relaxation! Estimated completion of this project: Thanksgiving 2025. ****There is another dock ready for your use: Boat slip #42 at the boat house marina****
NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY
Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property.** All boats must also be insured, please contact the dock master at the marina for further information, phone number is listed below. ***
BOAT LAUNCHING + TRAILER STORAGE:
Ramp hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm daily
Trailer storage is available off-site for an additional nightly rate.
These fees are not included in the cost of the villa.
No trailer storage reservations are needed.
When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmaster’s office at Coral Lagoon (305-481-0653) or call the office to schedule a time to use the ramp. The crew will place your trailer down by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat on your trailer. After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles.
