-we would contact the guests to share the id proof after the reservation is made, please respect your neighbors, quiet hours are between 10pm - 7am. guests that violate this clause will have their reservation canceled, scottsdale noise ordinance - 'nuisance party' or 'substantial disturbance' can be fined from $250-$2500 that the guest will be responsible for, no smoking/ marijuana of any kind. $200/day will be charged, please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks. these are free. the host does not take any responsibility for the consumables or any allergies that the guest might have, no unregistered guests, no parties/events allowed over 10 guests, no 3rd party bookings, the guest who books the property must be there at the property, the pool does not have a barrier fence. the booking guest must understand and agree that a swimming pool could be a drowning hazard and the booking guest takes full, responsibility for any injuries to any and all guests and visitors during their stay. there is no lifeguard on duty at the house. water safety is booking guest's responsibility, please reach out us, if you need heated pool, it is $90/day for heated pool usage, if guests refuse to follow any house rules, they will be charged $500 and may have their reservation canceled, when you stay at blissful zen, you’re covered for any accidents that might happen upto $5000.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. the property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
