Positive: Me, my son and his friends absolutely love this beautiful home. It was so spacious and clean. The next time I come back to FL I will be staying here no question.

Negative: The heater for the pool and spa should be included with the price of the rental. We stayed four days and for the price paid there should not have been an additional fee to have pool/spa heated. Other than that no complaints it was a perfect rental
