Hello and Welcome to our oasis on Horn Lake in Muskoka region near Algonquin provincial Park. This spacious 4 bedroom year-round cottage has been recently renovated with all new furnishings and décor.

Horn lake is one of the cleanest lakes in Ontario where you can swim, fish, canoe, kayak or paddle board in summer or Ski, Toboggan, Snowshoe, dog sleding during winter. Enjoy and make memories with friends and family.
THE SPACE
The moment you enter the cottage, you will feel the warmth and comfort. A huge foyer will welcome you followed by a large open concept floor plan which includes a living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a master bedroom & on-suite washroom (with whirlpool bathtub) and 2nd bedroom with adjacent washroom on the main floor. Patio is accessible from the main level.
Lower level includes two more bedrooms, one full washroom, bar, and entertainment room. From here, walkout to the backyard that leads to the lake.
LIVING / DINING AREA
- Comfortable and deep seated sectional couch with chairs and coffee table
- Electric fire pit for quick access and instant heat
- Large dining table that site 8 people comfortably
- Walk out to the patio where you can sit, relax and enjoy views of the lake, sunrise, sunsets paired with great food and drinks
KITCHEN
- Modular kitchen with island, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and all necessary small appliances.
- Kitchen is stocked with essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, etc as well as cleaning supplies
- Full stock of tableware that includes cups, glasses, plates, cutlery, bowls, serving dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, etc
BEDROOMS & WASHROOMS
- Master bedroom has a large king size bed, nightstands, chair and his & her closets. It has an on-suite washroom (with whirlpool hot tub and separate standing shower)
- Second bedroom on main level has a large king size bed and night stands.
- Second Full washroom is adjacent to the second bedroom on main level.
- Third bedroom is on lever level and has a large king size bed and night stands
- Fourth bedroom is on the lower level and has 2 bunk beds that can sleep 4 in total.
- Third Full washroom is on the lower level and has a standing shower.
ENTERTAINMENT AREA & BAR
- The entertainment area on the lower level consists of a very comfortable recliner sofa and a recliner love seat for watching your favorite movies and shows on a 60-inch LED TV, reading books, playing cards and board games.
- 8 feet brand new pool table that gets converted into a ping-pong table
- Professional Air Hockey table, Retro style 2-player Video game (Street Fighter) and Dart Board
- Enjoy your favorite cocktails at the bar with bar stools and mini fridge
- Walk-out to the backyard that leads to fire pit by the lake followed by the walk-up access to lake or go to the dock to jump off and take a dip in the lake.
Guest access
The Cottage is accessed conveniently by road and has private parking enough for 6-8 cars. Guests will access the Cottage via lockbox. Lockbox code will be provided before check in.
