Negative: Issues with the spa outside (didn’t want to turn on during the day but at night no problems) every day we needed to go to the front desk and have both electronic key cards reactivated so did the couple that we were with, issues with hot water in our room. Front desk said hot water issues are because it’s -12 outside.
