Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location right in the heart of Pelourinho, which made it easy to get around. Washington left a really helpful guide with recommendations, and as a solo traveler I felt safe the entire time. He was very responsive, which made my stay much smoother. The building is older, which adds to the charm and makes you feel like part of the local community plus, all the neighbors were incredibly friendly.

Negative: The water wasn’t very hot - not terrible, but it would definitely be nice if that could be improved. A few bugs flew in from outside, though Washington was quick to help and provided sprays. The elevator did break during my stay, which was a bit frustrating. That said, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall experience, which was still very positive.

Summary: Would recommend.
