The property has 3 cameras, one located in the front of the house which captures the front yard, one on both sides of the house, and one near the back door capturing the backyard. The cameras will be ON during reservations. No pets allowed No events, parties, or large gatherings. If it is reported and confirmed that a party was held, you will be notified to depart the property as soon as possible which will result in a $500 fine. Must be at least 25 years of age to book this property. Usage of the grill is complimentary; however, you are required to clean it before leaving. If it is left dirty, a $50 charge will apply. Please use coasters on the coffee tables and downstairs at the bar. Please report any damages that occur to the Guest Contact immediately. To complete your reservation, a valid form of identification is required (drivers license, passport). The person completing the reservation is the primary resident and responsible person during their stay.
