Positive: Great value. Clean. Solid location to many attractions. Large pool for the size of the home.

Negative: Some things are a bit dated, but not terribly so. The value of the property was a fair trade off for newer finishes.

Summary: A very pleasant home in a nice location, for an excellent price.
