Heated Pool:
The pool can be heated for a $35/day fee. It must be heated for the entire duration of your stay (no partial heating). Please notify me within one week of your arrival if you would like the pool heated. If not informed in advance, it may take 24-48 hours to reach the desired temperature. The pool will be heated to 83-88°F, or up to 20-25 degrees above ambient temperature if outside temperatures are below 50°F. Note: The pool is not a hot tub.
There is an area of fence that is waiting to be replaced by storm so the fence is not fully fenced.
We do not provide streaming services or cable TV.
Propane for the grill is guest responsibility.
We provide a starter pack of supplies. It is your responsibility to replenishasneeded.
There are cameras at the front of property recording voice and video at all times.
