Just at the foot of Bus 132 which takes you in 5 minutes to the Bibliothèque François Mitterrand metro (line 14) which crosses all of Paris.
Possibility to park in the street for 4€/day. Free on Sunday.
Otherwise, there is an Indigo car park near the Mairie d'Ivry metro station.
Note the presence of a bike rental station (Vélib') which is just around the corner.
There are also many local shops in the area: supermarket, shopping center, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries...
And if you like to walk, you'll find that a short 15-minute walk will take you to Paris' Chinatown.
