From this peaceful residential neighborhood, we are a short bike ride to the life-guarded Cape May Beaches or famous Washington Street Mall. You may also enjoy a bike ride to the near-by Cape May Lighthouse and experience the sunset on the beach at the point. Walk to near-by Gourmet Restaurants and Winery, or quaint beach shops and markets. Our cozy beach home is well equipped with all of the modern conveniences and is ideal for families with children of all ages. We are truly a place to relax and get away from it all.
Our 4 bedroom, 3 full bath beach home provides 2,200 of indoor living space with two zone central heat/air, a fully screened front porch and rear sun deck all equipped with ample seating and tables for multiple dining options. Our WiFi extends to the front porch and rear deck. Our first floor has a bedroom with a King bed with a luxury memory foam mattress, two full size closets and a 43” SmartTV. The full bath on this level is located adjacent to the bedroom. On this level you will also find the great room with two full size sofas, one with a sofa bed, and a leather swivel recliner, a gas fireplace (operational October – March) and a 55” SmartTV and Bose soundbar. The open concept kitchen and dining area offers dining for 14 and a child’s high chair. Our spacious kitchen provides massive granite countertop prep spaces, breakfast bar, island, full size refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, countertop wine refrigerator, wine rack, Kitchen-aid stand mixer, toaster oven, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker and Kuerig. Check out our fully stocked cabinets that offer multiple dishware settings, premium pots and pans, small appliances, serving pieces and an array of gadgets that every cook will appreciate. In the entry closet on this level enjoy our assortment of games and puzzles. We provide beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for a lazy day at the beach. We have 5 bicycles (including a 3 wheel adult tricycle) & locks for guest use; one has a two seat baby buggy attached. Ascend the carpeted stairs to the second floor (notice the attached gates at the top and bottom of the stairway for little people safety) you will find 3 large and bright bedrooms and laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. The front bedroom provides a King bed with a luxury memory foam mattress, a 43” SmartTV and oversized walk-in closet with a window. In this closet you will find 2 Pack-n-Plays. Between the front and rear bedrooms you will find a hall bath. The rear bedroom provides 2 Double beds, each with a luxury memory foam mattress, a 43” SmartTV , full size crib, and a closet. Proceed down the hall to the nicely appointed master bedroom, where you will find a King bed with a luxury memory foam mattress, a full size sofa bed, upholstered ottoman, Parson’s desk and white leather office chair, and a 55” SmartTV with Bose soundbar. Open the double doors to your private master bath with a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double vanity.
