Large circle drive in front for longer vehicles or trailers and nice neighborhood for morning walks or evening sunsets. Whole house backup Generator too; limited circuits but will run A/C units, TVs, lighting and microwave. Only 15 minutes to Legoland, less than an hour to Tampa or Orlando, 1-1/2 hours to either Cocoa Beach east (Atlantic) or Clearwater west coast (Gulf).
