Beautiful 3 level house on the water close to Cobble Beach Golf Resort. Entertainers paradise as there’s an indoor hot tub, pool table and outdoor grill. Large wrap around deck off the living room and kitchen that’s perfect for meals or drinks with a unobstructed view of Georgian Bay. Very private top floor master bedroom with full ensuite. Very quiet room, listen to the sound of the waterfront. Two fully stocked kitchens; one downstairs in the games room area. Two 65” cable TV’s; one in the main floor living room and one in the games room downstairs. TV’s also in the master bedroom and main floor bedroom. Indoor hot tub in the third garage with view of the water. Third garage also has workout equipment and a small TV and a stereo.
Bunkhouse at the water with a bunkbed and a beer fridge. Perfect for a daytime nap or for kids to camp out at night. Patio in front of the bunkie that has table for waterfront dining.
Two kayaks available for use as well. A 16’ tandem and a 13’ single. Life jackets supplied. Beautiful views kayaking along the shallow shore front. Kayak up to the Cobble Beach Golf Resort.
